Black Canyon Boys & Girls Club is looking for a Part-Time Site Director who is organized, dependable, and passionate about helping youth learn, grow, and thrive in a safe and supportive environment.

✨ What You’ll Do:

Lead daily program operations and ensure a safe, structured, and engaging environment
Supervise and support program staff, helping them succeed in their roles
Plan and oversee fun, enriching activities and schedules
Build strong relationships with youth, families, and the community
Ensure policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently followed
